1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "client"), and Ivy Invitations ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Ivy Invitations website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site" and "Services").

By purchasing our invitation design packages, booking a consultation, or submitting RSVP details on any page hosted by us, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and our Services, and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Ivy Invitations is a digital wedding invitation design and hosting platform based in Sri Lanka. We offer couples modern, interactive web-based wedding invitations. Our Services include:

• Theme Invitations: Semi-customizable digital invitation designs based on our visual collection templates.
• Bespoke Custom Designs: Wholly custom-designed digital wedding invitations built according to client specifications.
• RSVP Collection System: Interactive forms on invitation pages that allow guests to submit attendance details, messages, registry responses, and dietary choices.
• RSVP Management Dashboard/Alerts: Delivery of compiled RSVP guest data to the couple.
• Page Hosting: Keeping the web page live and accessible on our servers for a designated period.

3. Pricing & Refund Policy

Pricing

All prices for invitation packages on the Site are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change, but pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been booked and paid for. Custom requests beyond standard package limits are subject to additional quotes.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and highly customized nature of our design services, refunds are handled strictly under the following conditions:

• Full Refund (Within 24 Hours): You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of booking, provided that we have not commenced any design customization or draft creation.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel after 24 hours but before a first draft is generated, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative and onboarding costs.
• No Refunds: Once design drafts have been created, customized, or the digital invitation page link has been generated and delivered, the order is non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, animations, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Ivy Invitations, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Sri Lanka and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use and share the hosted digital invitation page for your personal, non-commercial wedding event. Copying, extracting, cloning, or distributing the source code, layout systems, assets, or styles of Ivy Invitations is strictly prohibited.

Client Content

By uploading or sending us photos, stories, text, music, and schedules, you warrant that you own these items or possess the proper licenses to use them. You grant Ivy Invitations a limited, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, copy, resize, and display these materials solely for the purpose of constructing and hosting your wedding invitation site.

5. Hosting Terms & Expiration

Our invitation packages include cloud hosting for a specific timeframe:

• Standard Hosting Period: Every digital invitation page is hosted live on our servers for six (6) months following the scheduled wedding date.
• Extension: If you wish to keep your digital invitation live beyond 6 months, you may request an extension. Extensions are subject to ongoing hosting renewal fees.
• Archival & Deactivation: After the hosting period expires (and if no extension is purchased), the invitation link will be deactivated, and the content will be archived or deleted. It is the client's responsibility to export and save their guest RSVP lists prior to this date.

6. User Responsibilities

When purchasing or using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete wedding details and contact information.
• Thoroughly proofread all invitation texts, dates, times, and venue maps. Ivy Invitations is not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect details approved by the client.
• Respect the revision cycles. Standard packages include three (5) rounds of revisions. Revisions beyond this limit will incur additional service fees.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site and individual invitations must not be used:

• To publish or share content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, racially offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• To impersonate another individual or couple.
• To send unsolicited spam messages or flood the RSVP collection forms with fake submissions.
• To disrupt or attempt to bypass the security, servers, databases, or performance metrics of Ivy Invitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a high-quality, uninterrupted experience, Ivy Invitations provides the website and invitations on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

In no event will Ivy Invitations, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or other damages arising from:

• Temporary server downtime, database outages, or network connectivity issues.
• Loss or corruption of RSVP submission entries (we encourage exporting RSVP sheets regularly).
• Errors, omissions, or delays in SMS notifications or email alerts of guest RSVPs.
• Unauthorized third-party access to invitation URLs or data scraping.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
